Is $2,999 really the full price?
Yes, for the scope we agree on in the structuring sessions. That scope is written down before anything gets built, so there are no surprises. If you later want something outside it, that's quoted separately and you decide — we never add work to an invoice you didn't approve.
What happens if we go past thirty days?
The thirty days covers the scope we defined together. If delays come from our side, we finish it at no extra cost. If the scope grows mid-build, we tell you immediately and give you the choice: keep it in phase one and extend, or ship what we agreed and put the rest in a second phase.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not, and we'd rather you didn't. Most of the value comes from connecting what you already pay for so data stops being retyped between them. We only build something new where nothing on the market fits how you actually work.
Who owns the system when it's done?
You do. Code, accounts and documentation transfer to you at delivery. You're free to hand it to another developer, host it wherever you like, or change it yourself. There's no monthly fee required to keep using what you paid for.
How does the AI agent work — and what does it cost to run?
It runs on top of your system with rules you set: what it can handle on its own, and what always needs your sign-off. Building it is part of the $2,999. Running it uses a third-party AI provider that charges per use — typically a small monthly amount for a business your size, billed to you at cost so you see exactly what it is. We estimate it for your case on the call.
What if we're not in the US?
We work with US businesses across all states, remotely. Sessions happen by video call in English or Spanish, whichever your team prefers. If you're outside the US, book the call anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
How many clients do you take at once?
A small number, deliberately. The thirty-day promise only works if you get real attention during the build. When slots are full, we tell you the next start date rather than take your money and put you in a queue.
